I purchased my Nova 35-100W a year ago and absolutely love it. The things you can make and do with this laser is almost limitless. The best part of working with Thunder Laser is the customer service. The longest I have waited for a response has been about five minutes. Everyone I have worked with is always willing to help. IMO, they have set the standard in customer service.

Exceptional service is nearly non-existent today. However, Thunder Laser USA is by far the best company I’ve worked with to date for customer service. Fast expert consultation is merely an email way. They typically respond in a few hours, not days. They keep things simple and easy to understand thought the material is technical. They should write a book on how to provide customer service.

After fumbling with a cheap laser with zero support for 3+ years, I can say that Thunder has been outstanding from the first phone call. Machine came right out of the crate ready to go, and their support team has been available every step of the way. Even the freight contacts were extra helpful and attentive.
