FAQS

Is It Worth Investing in an Aurora Laser Marking Machine?

Yes—Aurora offers industrial-grade performance in a compact, user-friendly design, making it a smart investment for beginners, professionals, makers, and entrepreneurs who need high-quality results.

With models including fiber, MOPA, and UV, the Aurora series covers a wide range of applications—from deep metal engraving and barcode marking to color engraving and fine etching on delicate materials. Despite its desktop size, it features industrial-grade components, speeds up to 7,000 mm/s, and outstanding marking accuracy.

If you want a machine that balances affordability, capability, and long-term value, Aurora is a versatile solution that grows with your needs.

What is the differences between Aurora Lite and Aurora Fiber?

Power and Laser Versatility: The Aurora Lite offers a streamlined 50W fiber laser option, providing a cost-effective solution for various marking needs. On the other hand, the Aurora Fiber offers a range of power and laser options, such as 20W and 50W fiber, catering to diverse applications and material requirements.

Functionality: While the Aurora Lite boasts user-friendliness and efficient operation at an attractive price point, the Aurora Fiber stands out with its autofocus feature, simplifying operation for seamless workflow. With the addition of a camera, the Aurora Fiber unlocks its full potential, enabling precise and versatile marking capabilities.

Experience unparalleled affordability without compromising performance with the Aurora Lite, offering exceptional value for those seeking a cost-effective solution for their marking needs.

What are the advantages of a Aurora Lite?

The Aurora Lite is a compact, high-speed fiber laser marking machine designed for users who need stable performance at an approachable price. Despite its lightweight footprint, it delivers professional-grade marking quality across a wide range of materials.

With the Aurora Lite, you can mark not only on metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, and brass, but also on plastics, leather, and coated surfaces—making it a versatile tool for both industrial and creative applications.

If you’re looking for a fiber laser that balances speed, affordability, and reliability, the Aurora Lite is an excellent entry point into the world of precision laser marking.

Does Aurora Lite have interchangeable field lens?

Yes, typically, field lenses with smaller marking areas can produce finer laser spots. Conversely, lenses with larger marking areas can engrave bigger patterns. However, it’s essential to note that larger work area lenses require longer focal distances. Moreover, due to the enclosed housing structure for safety purposes, the maximum work height is consequently reduced.

The standard lens for the Aurora Lite is the F-210, accommodating a maximum work area of 145 x 145 mm. As options, you can select the F160 (110 x 110 mm) or the F290 (200 x 200 mm) lenses as options to suit your specific requirements.

How much time do I need to spend on learning how to run the Aurora machine?

As long as you know how to design jobs in graphic software, it just takes a few hours for you to become a master of laser machine. You just need to do some tests to know what speed and power is good for different materials. Since we’ve provided some of the parameter library, it will save you more time. You can watch the guiding videos from our Youtube to learn how to use the machine in advance too.
