Could you tell me the procedure for buying?

1) Pay a 30% deposit for the machine

2) Once we receive the deposit, we’ll prepare the machine.

3) When the machine is ready, we take photos and send them to you.

4) After checking the photos, you may proceed with paying the 70% balance.

5) We will ship the machine to your designated port, either by sea or DHL.

6) We send out all the necessary documents to you for customs clearance.
Upon the arrival of the machine at your port, the shipping company will contact you directly. And then you can coordinate with them for customs clearance and delivery.

Do you offer any warranty for the machine or laser?

Here is our warranty information:

1)The warranty period for the machine is 24 months.

2) 2) The warranty of the laser tube, laser power supply, water chiller, air pump, exhaust system, air compressor, and water separator is 12 months.

3) The warranty for lenses and mirrors is 30 days from the date of receipt.

4) The warranty is dated from the ex-factory date.

5) During the warranty period, Thunderlaser will provide free replacement parts, including shipping. On-site service is available at reasonable cost and technical time.

6) After the warranty period expires, Thunderlaser will charge at a reasonable price for replacing.

7) Tech support by sending email/ phone call/ Video/ TeamViewer is provided for free for Thunderlaser users the whole life.

How much time do I need to spend on learning how to run the laser machine?

As long as you know how to design jobs in graphic software, it will only take a few hours for you to become a master of laser machines.

You just need to conduct some tests to understand which speed and power suit different materials. Since we’ve provided some parameter libraries that will save you more time.

Do I need to separate laser systems for engraving and cutting?

No, our laser machine can do both cutting and engraving very well.

You just need one machine for both kinds of jobs.

What is the working space needed? I need to plan the space out before your machine arrives.

It’s generally recommended to leave about 200mm of space at the rear for installing the exhaust pipe. Approximately 100mm of space is needed on each of the other sides. But when you need to replace the parts of the machine, please move it to a wide place.
